I spent a lifetime playing small and trying to fit in. Always trying to do the thing that I thought was expected of me by my family and my peers. Always trying to fit into the damn BOX of society. and I was always failing. I knew that I was meant to live on my own terms, but this isn't acceptable behavior, or so I had always been taught. So I kept trying to fit into that box and over and over again I failed to measure up to the preconceived ideas of how my life should look. (and can I just mention it was totally soul sucking..lol).

It was when I gave up the struggle of trying to fit in and really embraced my own BOLD authenticity that magical shit started to happen. I'm not gonna lie.... It was not an easy journey. We have been conditioned all of our lives to fit in. This is some tough work, or it was for my stubborn Irish ass.
One step at a time, clawing my way out of the cesspool of judgment, embracing my courage and my "I don't give a f*&%ks", I found myself again, me, the woman I was born to be. I left my 9-5 complete with pension behind, I followed my passions and became a woman inspired to live and love with reckless abandon and fearlessness. A woman so peaceful and comfortable in her own skin. A woman authentically Free!!!!
My path has lead me here with a burning desire to help and support others as they manifest their highest potential, let go of perfectionism, grow their businesses from a place of pure joy and passion and really start living in truth and authenticity.
